passion to Fish. learned from the best. now it’s time to pass it on.
I didn’t learn fishing from a book—I was raised on the water. From an early age, I developed a deep understanding of the ocean, learning how to read conditions, work a deck, and produce fish day in and day out. Over the years, that experience has been sharpened through countless hours offshore, working alongside captains, refining techniques, and mastering what it takes to succeed in a highly competitive industry.
But what truly sets me apart isn’t just my ability to catch fish—it’s my ability to teach others how to do it right.
I understand that being a great mate is about more than fishing. It’s about awareness, timing, efficiency, and delivering an experience that keeps customers coming back and tipping well. It’s about anticipating the captain’s next move, staying one step ahead, and handling every moment on deck with confidence and precision.
This training program was built to pass that knowledge on.
My approach is hands-on, direct, and rooted in real-world application. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just proven techniques, honest feedback, and the kind of repetition it takes to build true skill. Every lesson is designed to prepare you for what actually happens on a charter boat—so when you step on deck, you’re not guessing… you’re ready.
If you’re serious about working on the water, learning from someone who lives it every day gives you an edge you won’t find anywhere else.
This isn’t just training. It’s an opportunity to learn from someone who was born to fish—and proven to teach.
